Logging in to Your Account

To log in to your account, simply click the “Sign In” link, located in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

 

Dashboard

After login, you can access your dashboard at any time by clicking the Dashboard link in the upper left corner of the site. This is where the most powerful tools for managing your account are located. It is located at: https://order.aes4home.com/dashboard.asp.

 

Creating Additional Logins

Once logged in, you can create additional logins for your account. You will need two pieces of information:

  • Your AES Account Number (example: C002978)
  • Your Billing Zip Code (example: 98032 or 98032-1027 – This must match exactly)

When you have this information, click on “My Account” in the upper right corner of the website, then “Create Additional Login”. You can also access this on your dashboard in the “My Account” section.

Fill in the information and click “Proceed”, where you can create your additional login. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

You will need to create a unique username for your new login; the system will check to make sure no one else is using that exact username already.

Note on username: It must be at least 6 characters long and may only contain letters, numbers, and the following symbols: dash (-), underscore (_), period (.), and the at sign (@)

You must then create a password for your new login.

Note on password: It must be 8-20 characters long and must have at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and may not contain these characters: -, <,>, |, ~, !, ;

You may then click “Create Login” to finish creating your additional login.

 

Finding Products

There are four primary methods of navigation to shop for products:

1. Shop by Brand

Click on the “Brands” link at the upper right corner of the website. This will show a list of all brands carried by AES; click on any one to show all products in that brand.

2. Shop by AES Catalog

If you are familiar with the AES Print Catalog, you can shop using the sections defined in the catalog. Simply click on “Products” in the upper right corner of the website, then click on “AES Catalog” to navigate further into the catalog sections.

3. Shop by Common Terms

If you are unfamiliar with the AES Print Catalog, you can shop using the sections below the AES Catalog menu. They consist of Hearth Appliances, Hearth Accessories, Venting & Chimney, Installation & Service, Outdoor Grills and Outdoor Living.

4. Shop by Custom Search

You can always use our Search Bar to search for keywords, part numbers, SKUs and even manufacturer barcodes to find the product you're looking for. Our system will even attempt to auto-complete your search as you type to help you find products even faster.

 

Warranty, Return and Freight Claims Forms

All claims forms can be found at the bottom of every page on the site - just scroll down to the footer and you will find a section marked Claims Forms which has links to our Warranty, Product Returns and Freight Claims forms.

 

Pricing Sheets

Custom pricing sheets can be found by going to your Dashboard and scrolling down to Custom Price Sheets. There, you can filter by brands by typing the brand name in the Search keywords bar at the top. Then, type in the brand you're looking for and click the All dropdown at the end of the line and selecting Brand. This will show you your pricing, along with retail, for the brand you're interested in.

You can then export the price sheet by clicking on the small "wrench" symbol at the end of the Search keywords bar and then clicking Download.

 

Bulk Add to Cart

By clicking on the Bulk Order link in the upper-left corner of the site (or by going to your Dashboard and scrolling down to Bulk Add To Cart), you can quickly add to your cart in multiple ways.

1. Enter the SKU one at a time

In the Enter a SKU field, you can type a SKU and click Add to add it directly to your cart.

2. Enter multiple SKUs at once

By clicking on the Bulk Add button, you will see a screen called Import Product List. In the left-hand box, you can simply type a SKU, a comma and the quantity on each line - then click Add SKUs to Order to add those to your cart.

3. Upload a CSV file

You may also upload a CSV file to load your cart. Simply create the file with the SKU in the first column and the quantity in the second column. NOTE: This file does not need column headers.

4. Import to cart from Favorites List, Previous Order or Invoice

You can import from any of these sources by merely clicking on the From Favorites, From Sales Order or From Invoice buttons. You will then see a list to choose from to import into your cart with a single click.

 

Shipment Tracking

You can see your shipment information and tracking numbers by going to your Dashboard and scrolling down to Shipments. Links to any Fedex, UPS or USPS traacking numbers are available in the list displayed.

 

Saving Carts for Later Use

You can save the contents of your cart (by name for later recall) to allow you recall the cart later and place that order. To use this feature, simply load your cart and go through the checkout process. At the end, you will see a Place Order option above a Save Cart option. Simply select Save Cart, fill in the Name of Order field (if desired) and then click the Save For Later button.

You can recall your saved carts by going to your Dashboard and scrolling to the My Saved Carts button. There you will see all saved carts - simply click on the Saved Cart # in the list to recall the cart and place your order.
